You know sports better than anyone. Build it, Sell it.
Elite comes with your own commercial license. Launch your site or app on stat-api data, and we'll help you get it live.
Some Examples of What You can Build with STAT-API
Sports fans pay every month for optimizers, research sites, ownership models and fantasy apps. Build your own version, your way, and keep what you earn.
A contest simulation site
Simulate games and contests on real slates, salaries and payouts, and launch a site that takes on the best in the market.
Sell it as: Subscription or pay per run
A DFS lineup optimizer
Build DraftKings and FanDuel lineups from real slates and salaries, with your own projections, and let users export their lineups for upload.
Sell it as: Monthly subscription
A contest research site
Show who won, the lineups that cashed and how owned each player was, from years of contest results.
Sell it as: Premium membership
Your own ownership projections
Project how owned each player will be in DFS contests, with a model trained on actual ownership from real DraftKings and FanDuel contests.
Sell it as: Weekly or season pass
A fantasy start/sit app
Weekly rankings, start/sit calls and injury alerts from stats, injury reports, news and weather.
Sell it as: In-app upgrade
Your own picks and projections
Publish the numbers from your own model for NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL or PGA, built on play-by-play and box scores.
Sell it as: Picks package
A community bot or newsletter
Scores, stats and charts for your Discord, your newsletter or your social accounts.
Sell it as: Paid community or sponsors
... and much more!
Only two things are off-limits
- 1Don't build a stat-api competitorYour product can't be another sports data API, feed or database, or a copy of our projections.
- 2Don't offer raw slate or contest downloadsShow slates, salaries and contest results in your app as much as you like. Just don't let your users download them as files.
Everything else follows our normal Terms of Service.
Your site or app runs on Elite while your business has less than $100K in yearly revenue. Growing past that? We'd love to hear about it. Talk to us about Enterprise →
One thing we ask: show our badge
Every Elite site or app shows the “Powered by STAT-API” badge. It tells your users where the data comes from, and it links back to us.
- 1Put it at the bottom of your home page.
- 2Show it on every page or screen with stat-api data or anything you make from it, or in a header, footer or menu that appears on every such page or screen.
- 3Use the badge as it is. Make it bigger or smaller (32 pixels high or more), but keep its colors, its words and its link to stat-api.com.
Pick the badge that matches your background. With the JavaScript, put the div where the badge goes (data-theme "dark" or "light") and the script once per page: it adds the badge and its link for you.
